Introduction to ACT Matrix Workshop - SPECIAL

The workshops I've given on the ACT Matrix are by far my most popular, and the feedback I've received from them has been so great that I've decided to offer a slightly shorter version of the workshop with a special pricing model.

Learn the ACT Matrix, a wonderfully simple and powerful therapeutic tool that can be used for just about anything! Developed by Kevin Polk, Ph.D., the ACT Matrix has spread worldwide and simplifies the ACT model into a flexible framework that promotes real change. Designed for students and professionals in the mental health field. No prior training in ACT necessary. The style of this workshop is approximately 60% experiential learning, 40% didactic learning.

Upon completion of this workshop, attendees will be able to:

  • Create and utilize ACT Matrix with clients to: activate behavior change, teach mindfulness, and promote psychological flexibility.
  • Use ACT Matrix for case conceptualization
  • Apply ACT Matrix to current client population

Date: Workshop will be held on Monday July 24th, from 11:30AM - 2:00PM.

Location: 2770 Main St. Frisco, TX 75033 - Conference Room #1

  • Registration for this event is VALUE based

  • That means you may pay whatever you think the content of the workshop is worth to you. Payment will not be accepted immediately after the event, rather, I will contact you approximately 3 weeks after the workshop to see if you have implemented the matrix into your work and if so, how it is working for you and your clients. Along with that email will be a link to pay anything you wish! If you feel like this workshop hasn't enhanced your practice at all, simply pay nothing.

Continuing Education: 2.5 hours of continuing education will be provided for this training.

Certificates of completion and CEs are included with registration, and available for Texas LPCs, Texas Social Workers, and Texas LMFTs. No partial CE credit is available. Attendees must be present the entire duration of the training.
