Professional Consultations
I offer consultations in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy for helping professionals. These can be done in person or over webcam. During these consultations we will work less on what specifically to do with your clients and more on how you can become aware of what is happening for you in session and how to maximize your impact in session. What we'll be doing is increasing your psychological flexibility as it pertains to your work.
Sometimes a single consultation is enough to jumpstart your work. Other times people schedule as needed.
My standard rate for consultations is $75 per hour. You can email me to set something up or ask any questions.
